EXCHANGE & RETURNS
We accept returns of domestic orders within 14 days of the date the order was delivered.
Returns will be subject to a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund credit. Refunds are only in the form of a credit note on an electronic gift card. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
All products must be returned unwashed, unworn and in their original condition and with all tags attached. We kindly ask that you wear under clothes when first trying-on your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.
For international returns, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund credit.
If you are approved, then your refund credit on an electronic gift card will be sent to you by email within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
